Dr. Durham
Dentist, Consultant, Author, and Researcher.
Dr. Durham was born in
Baton Rouge, LA and grew up in Columbia, SC. He completed his undergraduate
education at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC and dental training at the
Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1982. He lives with
his wife, Louise, and two children, Jessica and Blake, on Wilmington Island.
Since beginning dental practice, he has completed thousands of hours in continuing education, with an emphasis on head, neck, and facial pain treatment, dental cosmetics, and complex dental reconstruction. He has pioneered the use and integration of technology in dentistry. He is a consultant, author, and researcher. He is presently an instructor at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Education, where he teaches courses in cosmetic, reconstructive, and TMJ related dentistry. He has devoted more than 20 years to developing a practice which combines art, science, and technology with personalized care.
Ashley C. Johnson III, JD

Ashley has been involved in dentistry for over thirty years. He is a featured instructor at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He has had the privilege of being a faculty member of the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St Petersburg, FL. He has also enjoyed the experience of serving on Dr. Frank Spear’s Board of Advisors. He has completed thousands of hours of dental CE courses. Over the years he has attended all of Dr. Dawson and Dr. Spear’s lectures many times each. He was honored by being a featured speaker at Dr. Michael Schuster’s Center for Professional Development Alumni Meeting.
Ashley has taught dentists and their teams all over the United States, Australia, Bermuda, Canada, the Dominican Republic and Singapore, He has published several articles in Dental Economics and his articles appear regularly in several newsletters. He lectures to dentists, dental teams and technicians nationally and internationally.
He is a full time consultant, teaching dentists and their teams in seminars, and in their offices. He lives on the coast on the panhandle of Florida where he is trying to learn how to catch a big tarpon.
